• Interior Shell: 3mm thickness certified small tolerance of SUS304 full welded
• Exterior Shell: 2mm certified small tolerance thickness of SUS304 full welded
• 100% TIG welded joints with sanitary polished with stringent controls, inspection and pressure testing
• Interior Finish: Sanitary 2B finish, Pickled and Passivated
• Exterior finish: Oil brushed metal housing (2B optional)
• Insulation: 80mm polyurethane foam
• Dished top and sloped bottom with small cone for sediment removal
• Stainless steel top manway
• Top glass porthole with lamp to clear knowledge inside the tank
• 4pcs completely SUS304 heavy duty legs with leveling pad
• 360° coverage CIP spraying ball
• Tangential whirlpool inlet
