Used, non-pressure-resistant, cold-jacketed, insulated stainless steel tank.

• Bottom pipe 1.5″ with butterfly valve
• 1.5″ and 2″ front TC port
• Thermowell for mounting a temperature sensor
• 2 dimpled cooling zones with refrigerant inlet and outlet (1″ objection BSP)
• Cooling jacket
• Insulated (80mm polyurethane foam)
• 1.5″ TC couplings as standard for valves and instruments (if you want something else such as SMS or DIN couplings, this can be arranged).
• Large manhole in the side for easy cleaning
• CIP arm with rotating spray ball
• Adjustable stainless steel feet
• Total volume 3 600 liters
• Working volume 3 000 liters (30 hL)

The quality of the stainless steel is 304 with finish 2B which has a surface finish of 0.1-0.5 RA. The tank is pickled and passivated on the inside.
