• Tank effective capacity: 40 hL, total tank capacity: 46 hL (15% headspace)
• Cone top and cone bottom. 100% TIG welded with sanitary polishing and strict inspection and testing
• Interior shell: 3 mm thickness SUS304
• Exterior shell: 2 mm thickness SUS304
• Interior finish: sanitary 2B finish, welded seams with sanitary polish, pickled and passivated
• Exterior finish: oil brushed metal housing, welded seams with sanitary polish
• Insulation: 80 mm polyurethane foam
• Steam jacket: dimpled plate on bottom and side, steam input and output ports
• Top manway
• Thermowell with temperature sensor
• CIP arm, 360° coverage CIP spray ball
• Built-in overflow pipe
• 4 pcs heavy duty SUS304 legs with leveling foot pads
