• Cone top and Cone bottom. It is 100% TIG welded with sanitary polishing and strict inspection and testing
• Interior Shell: 3mm thickness (small thickness tolerance) of SUS304, full welded
• Exterior Shell: 2mm thickness (small thickness tolerance) of SUS304 full welded
• Interior Finish: Sanitary 2Bfinish, Weld seam be sanitary polish, Pickled and Passivated
• Exterior finish: Oil brushed metal housing , Weld seam be sanitary polish
• Insulation: 80mm polyurethane foam
• Steam Jacket: Dimpled plate on bottom and side, Steam input and output port
• Top manway
• Thermowell with temperature sensor
• CIP Arm, 360° coverage cleaning CIP spary ball
• Built-in overflow pipe
